Seminar Cost is $185.00 per person which includes your registration, digital textbook download and a Certificate of Course Completion.
Nursing CE Contact Hours are available through CEU Network.

Participants must be present online via audio AND visual for the entire session to receive the Certificate of Completion required to apply to become a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) through the National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners (NCCDP).
Health Consultants Plus, Inc reserves the right to cancel seminars based on insufficient enrollment and/or due to unforeseen circumstances. Registrants who need to cancel must provide Health Consultants Plus, Inc with written notice no later than one week prior to the seminar date. Cancellations are refundable less a $75.00 administrative charge. Rescheduling only twice within a two-month period will be acceptable before having to repay to take the course. Continuing Education credits issued will be canceled for non-payment of required fees.
